Work and Clients:
Ron is an Associate in charge of Health and Safety service provided by the company, based in Colchester but able to travel to most places. Along with providing health and safety advise to contractors, schools, factories, he undertakes the role of Planning Supervisor on a diverse range of projects from hospitals, retail schools, residential and commercial from small extensions to a £10 million factory.

Before DCP:
Ron commenced his working life as a carpenter and joiner, rising to be a site manager and contracts manager for a wide range of projects, at the same time being responsible part time for health and safety. Ron studied for his health and safety via CITB, Nebosh and took his Diploma Part 1 in 1999.

Institute of International Risk Safety Management.
Member of Associated Project Safety.

What I like about being a Safety Advisor:
Being able to provide advise to clients that assist them to prevent accidents.

Interests outside work:
My family especially my grandson, reading, playing golf and walking in Derbyshire.
