Peter Worman
Work and Clients:
Peter is an associate at the Norwich office. A Chartered Building Surveyor he has particular expertise in defect diagnosis and expert witness work as well as management and administration of projects.
Before DCP:
Peter graduated from the University of Reading in 1986 with an honours degree in Estate Management (Building Surveying). He worked for British Rail and J. J. Hatfield & Company before graduating and, once qualified, set up the Practice of Peter F. Worman & Company. He was also an external tutor in structural design at the College of Estate Management for a time. Peter joined Daniel Connal in 2003.
Member of:
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Chartered Building Surveyor).
Proudest Professional Moment:
Being awarded the Estates Gazette Cup and RICS prize for attaining the highest marks in my degree year.
Most Embarrassing Professional Moment:.
Keeping a hundred or so people waiting for their dinner at the Estates Gazette Cup Award ceremony because our new born baby needed feeding en-route.
Interests outside work:
Skiiing; Philosophical discussion; Mystical Traditions; African Drumming; Watching my (grown up) children's lives unfold; Hypnotherapy; Sharing with others; Absorbing the sights, sounds and smells of foreign cultures.
