ALASTAIR CLARK BSc (Hons) MRICS PARTNER

“It gives me a great deal of satisfaction to be involved with projects, especially seeing a completed building knowing that I have added value by taking a proactive approach to cost and risk management through all the stages of design and construction.”

  • What I Like About Being a Surveyor:
I enjoy the variety of work, each project is different and brings new challenges. I also often have the opportunity of working with new clients, consultants or contractors and it is enjoyable forming a team that work closely together potentially for many months or even years with the goal of producing a building that fulfills the Client’s needs.

    Most Embarrassing Professional Moment:
Having to stand up in front of a meeting of perhaps 100 residents, knowing that the liquid soap dispenser from the Gents toilet had squirted down my suit.

    Interests outside work:
I enjoy hacking around the golf course. I sometimes play football and watch West Ham whenever I have the opportunity.
