Daniel Connal Partnership were appointed as project managers and cost consultants to advise Collyer Bristow on the refurbishment and econfiguration of excess office space that became available at their premises in Bedford Row. The works comprised the complete refurbishment of the front section of 3-5 Bedford Row including the formation of a new gallery/exhibition area, the installation of a DDA accessible lift and new staff facilities including a staff rest room, showers and an IT training room.
