Appointed as Project Managers, the Daniel Connal Partnership, assisted the Council in delivering their new Council Offices within a year of inception. From initial space budgets and preparing the planning application including production of a green travel plan, DCP saw the project to a rapid completion utilising the modern method of construction of a modular build.
As well as acting as Employer’s Agent on this design and build project, the practice provided Quantity Surveying, Planning Supervisor and Access Consultancy services undertaking plan audits of contractor’s proposals to provide a fully accessible building.
