The Daniel Connal Partnership were commissioned to provide a surveyor-led one-stop design, project and cost management service for the extension and refurbishment of an existing nursery to create a new Sure Start Centre for the local community.
The architectural design was carried out by our in-house architectural department with assistance from external structural and services engineers. The project is now complete and the centre is due to reopen to the community.
The Daniel Connal Partnership produced all architectural designs and constructional detailing for the scheme in-house. We steered the design through the planning process and obtained all statutory consents. We acted as contract administrator, architect, lead-consultant, quantity surveyor and planning supervisor.
