More Information

Daniel Connal Partnership Chartered Surveyors acted as lead consultant providing project management, architectural and quantity surveying services at Tyssen School, Stamford Hill. This ground breaking project offers day care, education & social care to the wider community which includes two significant faith groups - Orthodox Jewish and religious muslim. After considering the existing space allocation within the school a masterplan was drawn up to alter, adapt and extend to the school. The project was carried out in three phases to minimise disruption to the school.
The Daniel Connal Partnership produced all architectural designs and constructional detailing for the scheme in-house. We received a project brief in September 2005, designed a scheme, consulted stake holders, obtained planning permission, managed a two stage tender process and build programme to deliver this project within 12 months of our appointment. The project has been delivered to programme and budget. We acted as contract administrator, architect, lead-consultant, quantity surveyor and planning supervisor. The building was formally opened by the RT Hon. Baroness Amos & Diane Abbott MP on the 26th February 2007.
