Daniel Connal Partnership were appointed by True North Ltd to come up with proposals to redevelop and restore the former Law Courts Branch of the Bank of England in Fleet Street. This prominent building has undergone a phased refurbishment which has seen the Grade II listed structure cleaned externally and a major refit undertaken to the interior.
Daniel Connal Partnership liaised with the client and the City of Westminster conservation department to come up with a scheme that was practical for the buildings future needs whilst having a reverence for its original features. The building provides mixed use occupancy with a public house to the ground floor and multiple office suites to the upper floors.
