The Daniel Connal Partnership assisted with an application for European Objective 2 grant funding through the preparation of budget estimates for various schemes to meet funding objectives. DCP acted as Quantity Surveyors for the refurbishment of this Grade II listed building which provides quality meeting and function rooms for the local community.
DCP prepared Bills of Quantities as part of the tender documentation within a traditional procurement approach and successfully managed the finances to ensure the refurbishment of this historic building did not exceed budgets or timescales.
