The Daniel Connal Partnership was involved early in the inception of this project, giving budgetary advice before drawings were produced based solely on the client’s brief. DCP also assisted the client with the selection of the design team which included Purcell Miller Tritton as architects.
Working closely with the client and design team DCP undertook regular cost planning and prepared bills of quantities to ensure tenders were received within the budget.
The RIBA award winning scheme provides an exceptional swimming pool within a moated extension to this listed manor house.
