Carried out under a Two Stage Tender method, the project entailed the demolition of the existing kitchen and buttery, alteration to an existing listed building and the construction of a two-storey new building interfaced with an existing listed building. A new kitchen and dining facility was constructed on the ground floor and function rooms and offices were constructed on the first floor.
