Daniel Connal Partnership were commissioned to carry out a feasibility study of a building in Clerkenwell Road. The building is mixed use with residential properties to the upper floors and offices to the lower floors. The ground floor is currently made up of a vast space which had been used as an A4 drinking establishment.
Following the closure of the public house the owner wanted to maximise the letting potential of the property. Daniel Connal Partnership came up with a scheme to divide the property into two units and alter the front facade to make the property visually appealing. The feasibility also included a change of use to cover multiple use classes.
