Mind the Gap

DCP have been advising Transport for London with regards to a number of sites that are in the process of being compulsorily purchased to facilitate the construction of Crossrail. We have been undertaking condition surveys and measured surveys to enable TfL staff to negotiate settlements with the various freeholders and leaseholders whose properties have been affected by the development works.
