Our surveying services are provided in a manner which normally avoids disputes but we can assist with advice or in negotiations with matters that have arisen on other projects and act as a Party's Representative.We may also be appointed in an impartial capacity:
- Adjudication
A Party to a Construction Contract has a Statutory right to refer a dispute to an Adjudicator for a decision within 28 days.
- Arbitration
The most recent Arbitration Act permits a faster and more robust procedure, allowing a Surveyor Arbitrator to receive evidence and hand down an award whilst avoiding unnecessary expense and to suit the parties' requirements.
- Expert Determination
Parties may appoint an Expert Surveyor to decide for them on a practical issue.
- Expert Witness
We have a great deal of experience from which we can formulate and present Expert Opinion.
- Mediation
An Accredited Mediator can gain a unique overview and help find a solution acceptable to both parties.
