The Practice will act as a single point of contact to the client, managing the design and construction process and employing other consultants if required.

Construction Management

Advising on the appointment, co-ordination and direct employment of individual specialist contractors, thus saving both time and the overheads of the Main Contractor.

Employer's Agent

Acting as the Client's Agent on a design and build contract and advising at all stages of a project on cost control and construction proposals.

Development Monitoring

Advising and appraising the quality and adequacy of design and construction on projects for funding bodies, developers and tenants.
