Project monitoring is about protecting the client’s interest by identifying and advising on the risks associated with acquiring an interest in a development that is not under the Client’s direct control

Expertise in Major Risk Areas
The Daniel Connal Partnership has the expertise in the key risk areas of cost, procurement and programme management. However, it also has expert knowledge in factors such as design and construction quality, planning and statutory legislative compliance, all of which might be major elements of risk.

A Benefit to Client and Developer
Our primary role is one of investigator and advisor to the client but we also aim to be of support to the developer and the construction team through a risk management process of benefit to all and the ultimate success of the project.
